Overview

Welcome to Verogrove. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Verogrove. Verogrove operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, products, and services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, explain your rights and responsibilities when you access the Services or place an order with Verogrove.

By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence or use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are not required to create a customer account to place an order with Verogrove. If you choose to use an optional customer account or Shop feature provided through Shopify, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account access.

Information supplied when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and payment information, must be current, complete, and accurate.

Products and Services

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their specifications, materials, dimensions, features, colors, availability, and pricing.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, device configuration, or normal manufacturing variations. Significant differences, defects, damage, or incorrect products may be addressed under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase, subject to applicable law. Changes to a product or its price will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is required because of an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.

Orders

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the total amount displayed at checkout. You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for that amount.

After your payment has been processed, we will send an order-confirmation email containing your order details.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, unsuccessful payment authorization, suspected fraud, an incorrect shipping address, an obvious pricing error, or restrictions imposed by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us at support@verogrove.shop as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation for a full refund. Order modifications may be possible before shipment but cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as an unshipped order. You may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD), unless clearly stated otherwise.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed. The complete order amount will be shown before you submit payment.

Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Verogrove provides free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.

The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your device and location.

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed successfully, your order will not be completed. You may try again or use another payment method available at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Verogrove currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, orders typically take approximately 3–5 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply interruptions, governmental actions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before submitting an order. If you notice an address error before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at support@verogrove.shop.

If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Verogrove offers a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an eligible return.

Approved returns are free. When a return request is approved, Verogrove will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email. Approved returns do not have return-shipping charges, restocking fees, or hidden return costs.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Verogrove does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return the original eligible item and place a new order separately.

Intellectual Property

The website design, Verogrove name and logo, written content, graphics, and other materials created by or for Verogrove are owned by Verogrove or used with authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Product names, manufacturer names, trademarks, images, specifications, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used by Verogrove with permission or as otherwise permitted by law.

You may access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without permission from Verogrove or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, patent, software, design, or other intellectual-property right associated with that product.

Third-Party Services and Tools

Some parts of the Services may be provided or supported by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping services, order-tracking tools, live-chat tools, fraud-prevention services, and other technology providers.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy. Verogrove does not control the independent operation of third-party services but remains responsible for its obligations to customers under applicable law and the policies published on our store.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to websites or online services operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Before providing information or completing a transaction through a third-party website, you should review that third party’s terms and privacy policy.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the Services and checkout.

Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Verogrove. Verogrove is responsible for its products, orders, customer service, shipping, returns, refunds, and other merchant obligations. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Verogrove.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, processed, retained, and disclosed when you interact with the Services.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information submitted through or generated by your use of the Services may also be processed by Shopify to provide, secure, maintain, and improve its services, process transactions, and help prevent fraud.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain a typographical error, inaccuracy, or omission relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping, delivery estimates, or availability.

We may correct inaccurate information and update the Services. If an error materially affects an order you have already submitted, we will contact you when reasonably possible.

If we cancel an order because of an error after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services:

To infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights of another person.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to the Services if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, attempted to compromise the security of the Services, or created a risk of harm to Verogrove, Shopify, our service providers, or other users.

Suspension or termination of website access does not remove rights or obligations relating to an order already accepted, including any applicable shipping, cancellation, return, refund, payment, or consumer-protection obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its technical features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component.

Product-related rights, remedies, representations, and return eligibility remain subject to the product description, our published policies, and applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verogrove and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from your use of or inability to access the Services.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to your purchase.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s legal rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify Verogrove for Verogrove’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, product obligations, or breach of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by consumer-protection or other laws that cannot be waived by contract.

Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms and the policies linked from them constitute the agreement between you and Verogrove regarding your use of the Services and purchases made through our store. They supersede prior versions relating to the same subject matter.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms as part of a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of business assets, or transfer of the store, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
